Shoot Nations

Shoot Nations is a joint partnership between Plan UK and Shoot Experience to encourage young people to express their thoughts on global issues through photography and drawings. Shoot Nations aims to use these art forms as tools of cross-cultural, language-free communication. Shoot Nations is produced each year to coincide with the United Nations’ International Youth Day, annually commemorated on 12th August. Zanmi Lakay Returns to Haiti this Spring

March, 2009. Zanmi Lakay, an organization dedicated to helping current and former street children in Haiti, will be implementing several projects during Spring 2009. They are looking for digital cameras for their Photography Workshops, as well as support for airline luggage fees, care bag items (soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, combs, hair ribbons, beads, good adult size t-shirts, compact non-battery games), soccer uniforms, and other contributions.
